Description
From Idea to Production
2-DAY INTENSIVE COURSE
Fashion Collection Development Course Overview
Our Fashion Collection Development Course is an intensive two-day program designed to guide aspiring designers, fashion entrepreneurs, and emerging brand owners through the complete process of transforming an initial idea into a structured, commercially focused fashion collection.
A successful collection is not simply a group of beautiful garments. It requires a clear concept, defined customer, strong brand identity, coherent colour and fabric direction, balanced product assortment, realistic pricing, and a strategy for production and launch.
During this practical program, participants will work step by step from creative research and mood-board development to collection planning, product structure, production strategy, pricing, branding, and presentation.
By the end of the course, each participant will leave with a clear mini collection plan, a defined creative direction, and a stronger understanding of how to turn an idea into a collection that can realistically enter the market.
