DAY 1 — CREATIVE FOUNDATION & BRAND DIRECTION
- Introduction to Fashion Collections
- What is a collection (and why it matters)
- Types of collections (capsule, seasonal, commercial)
- Understanding your target customer
- Brand Identity & Positioning
- Defining your brand DNA
- Aesthetic direction (minimal, edgy, luxury, streetwear…)
- Market positioning (premium vs mass market)
- Competitor awareness
- Mood Board Creation (Practical)
- Inspiration sources (fashion, art, culture, lifestyle)
- Color direction & emotional storytelling
- Building a professional mood board
